The Website is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Nut BV and its subsidiaries, affiliates and licensors cannot guarantee that a) the Website will function uninterrupted or will be secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Website is free of viruses or other harmful elements or d) the results of using the Website will meet your requirements.
Color: Due to differences in settings between computer displays, tablets, smartphones and so on, the colours of the products shown on our website may vary slightly from the actual product.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Website (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including but not limited to your credit card number, the expiry date of your credit card, your billing address and your shipping information.
In doing so, you confirm and warrant that (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) used in connection with any Purchase, and that (ii) the information you provide to us is true, correct and complete.

We are unable to offer any guarantees in relation to the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability and service descriptions. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time, without prior notice.
Out-of-stock items
All products shown are in stock, unless otherwise stated. If an item proves to be out of stock regardless, we will notify you by e-mail. If the item is due to come back into stock again, you can choose to wait, or you may cancel the order.
Promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through the Website may be subject to rules separate from these Terms. If you decide to participate in any Promotions, please make sure you refer to the applicable rules, as well as to our Privacy Policy. In case of any conflict between the rules for a Promotion and these Terms, the Promotion rules will prevail.
Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are valid for two years.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate and complete, and you must keep this information up to date at all times. Failure to do so will be taken as a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Website.
You are responsible for protecting the password that you use to access the Website, and for any activities or transactions performed using your password, whether your password is used with our Website or with a third-party service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Website will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you can do so by stopping your use of the Website.
Nut BV will treat your personal contact details confidentially, and we will not share your information with any third parties. However, for order handling purposes, we may sometimes be required to share your shipping details directly with the artist or our printing partner.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse outside Copenhagen, Denmark, and we ship worldwide using DPD.
All shipping costs will be displayed upon checkout, but please be aware that local taxes and import duties may apply and are not included in these shipping costs. When ordering from outside of the EU, taxes are always applied. Taxes and duties are applied by the local tax authorities, differ from country to country and will be based on the value of the order and the type and size of the product.
The recipient is responsible for any taxes and duties, and we will not accept these as a reason for refusal to accept the shipment.
Due to import restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to Russia.
All parcels are sent using a track-and-trace service. Tracking information wil be sent to you in a separate e-mail from DPD once your order has been processed.
If such service is available at the shipping destination, On Demand Delivery (ODD) is included in our shipping costs.

Please be aware that if you authorise the courier to deliver without a signature, this will take place at your own risk, and you are not covered if the package is lost or stolen.
We dispatch all orders within 14 business days.
Longer delivery times may apply for some countries, remote cities or islands. Please get in touch if you would like us to provide a more precise delivery time for your country/city.
We cannot accept responsibility for any delays out of our control, such as customs delays and so on.
If you are not in when we deliver If DPD are unable to deliver, they will contact you either by phone or e-mail to schedule a re-delivery. Alternatively, they will leave a note and take your package to the nearest DPD Parcel Shop.
Once payment has been completed, we do not offer any refund if you change your mind about your order. The items cannot be returned, whether in their original, undamaged packaging or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns.
Important! Returns and exchanges take place at your own risk and expense, and any shipping costs are to be paid by you.
Please contact us at ‘print@triooo.be’ before returning any items, and remember to include your order number and relevant contact details in your e-mail.
We take the utmost care to ship your order in a safe and secure way, but if your order arrives damaged for any reason or in any way, please let us know straightaway so we can help resolve the issue.
We always offer to send out replacements for damaged items. In some cases, we offer additional compensation, but we will not offer a full refund. If you do not want a replacement item shipped to you, please return your item instead or contact us to discuss any other arrangement.
Important: Please make sure to take photos of both the packaging and the damaged product. These can be sent to print@triooo.be together with any other relevant information about your claim.
Please also remember to include your order number in your e-mail.
In no event can Nut BV or its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your access to, use of or inability to access or use the Website; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Website; (iii) any content obtained from the Website; and (iv) unauthorised access, use or alteration of your submissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been notified of the possibility of such damage, and even if any remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
The Website and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nut BV and its licensors. The Website is protected by the copyright, trademark and other laws of both Belgium and other countries. Our trademarks and appearance may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Nut BV.
These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms cannot be deemed to constitute a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Website, and supersede and replace any prior agreements that might exist between us regarding the Website.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend or replace these Terms at any time. In case of any substantial revision, we will seek to offer at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms coming into effect. We will determine what constitutes a substantial change at our sole discretion.
